    My extended family was so excited about booking SUMVUE rental property for Thanksgiving weekend (2016). We have not enjoyed a trip together for many years. We booked SUMVUE and made the necessary deposit on August 17th. On October 8th, much to our dismay and disappointment, we received an email from Majestic Mountain Getaways informing us that the owner desired the property for Thanksgiving. After no comparable properties were offered we checked with 5 other agencies in the area. Nothing comparable was available, due to short notice. We were refunded, but our family will be spending Thanksgiving at home. Needless to say, we will not be contacting this agency or their client in the future.

    The WORST "agent" we've ever used. Would not use him again under ANY circumstances. If you ignore this honest review, be very careful which credit card you use for a deposit, as four days later Greg will hit your card "deposit card" for the full amount. Be prepared to pay in full even if its months in advance! Greg will tell you "he's been stiffed too many times". Oh, and that's IF you can get him to call you back. He doesn't return emails either. Finally, here is the big scam he runs, when you book online at ANY hotel, resort etc. you select until 12/31, you're exit date is 1/1. End of story, but not with Greg. He'll show up at the cabin on 12/31 and say "you need to get out today, I have rented the cabin to another couple". He will put you out or threaten to call the Sheriff if you dont leave. Greg is all about Greg. Greg is all about your money. You've been warned
